Meenal Dubey Nayak

Meenal Dubey Nayak is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the high-rise business segment, currently serving as a Manager at Schindler India since February 2022. Prior to this role, Meenal held significant positions at Kohler Co., where responsibilities included managing strategic key accounts and project sales from October 2014 to January 2022. Earlier experience includes an Assistant Manager role at Ingersoll Rand, focusing on channel development, sales training, and high-level key account management from 2012 to 2015, along with starting a career as a Software Developer at Mahindra Satyam. Meenal holds a PGDM in Management from K J Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research and a B.E. in Electronics and Communication from Barkatullah University.
