Tracey Phaka

Tracey Phaka currently serves as an HR Business Partner at Schindler Lifts (Pty) Ltd in South Africa since October 2021. Prior experience at Tsogo Sun spanned from March 2013 to September 2021, where Tracey held various roles including Human Resource Officer, HR Consultant, HR Administrator, and HR Intern. Tracey is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Henley Business School - Africa, having completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Practice at Henley Business School from February 2023 to February 2024. Additionally, Tracey obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law from the University of Johannesburg in 2018 and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from the University of Johannesburg from 2009 to 2012.
