David Horgan

David Horgan has extensive experience in the CNC programming and machining field, currently serving as the CNC Technical Lead/Trainer CAD/CAM Programmer at Schivo Medical since January 1998. At Schivo Medical, David oversees precision engineering and sheet metal fabrication, demonstrating expertise in creating, modifying, and optimizing CNC programs, as well as training personnel. Previously, David worked as a CNC Programmer/Setter at Prodieco Pharmaceutical from January 2005 to January 2006, where responsibilities included the setup of CNC machinery, adherence to ISO standards, and quality control through inspections and tool adjustments. David's comprehensive skill set encompasses G Code programming, machining of components, and strict compliance with safety and quality regulations.
