Ellen Sofie Folker

Ellen Sofie Folker is currently employed as a Legal Support Assistant at Advokatfirmaet Schjødt since September 2023. Prior to this role, Ellen held multiple positions at OLIOLI, including General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Bowler from March 2021 to September 2023. Ellen also gained experience as a Servitrice at Conditori La Glace from August 2017 to July 2021 and worked as an Ungarbejder at PRAG from April 2016 to June 2017. Educationally, Ellen completed a Gymnasieeksamen with a focus on Samfundsfaglig linje at Rysensteen gymnasium from August 2019 to June 2022 and attended Kaptajn Johnsens Skole from August 2009 to July 2019, where a Grundskole degree was obtained.
