Emily Parker

Emily Parker has a background in the brewing industry, having worked in various roles such as Quality Assurance Intern and Brewery Intern before joining Schlafly Beer - The Saint Louis Brewery™. At Schlafly, Emily has held multiple positions including Director of Operations and Interim Chief Executive Officer. As the Head of Brewing Operations, Emily managed departments such as Brewing, Cellar, and Quality. With a degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of California, Davis, Emily has a strong foundation in the field.
