Fran Caradonna has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Fran is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Schlafly Beer - The Saint Louis Brewery™ since July 2019. Prior to this role, they held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at the same company from March 2019 to June 2019.

In 2000, Fran Caradonna co-founded O'Fallon Brewery in Metro St. Louis, Missouri and served as the General Manager. The brewery is known for its innovative beer styles such as O'Fallon Pumpkin, Wheach, and 5-Day IPA.

Before O'Fallon Brewery, they founded Signature Beer Company, a boutique beer wholesaler in St. Louis, where they introduced micro beers from the Midwest and promoted two contracted brands to retailers and consumers. Fran Caradonna worked at Signature Beer Company from January 1990 to February 1998.

Prior to their venture into the beer industry, Fran Caradonna worked as the Vice President of Account Services at Wilson Sculley Associates from September 1986 to October 1992. Their earlier experience includes serving as the Development Director at KETC Channel 9 from September 1983 to September 1986.

Fran Caradonna attended the University of South Carolina from 1976 to 1980, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with a focus on Advertising and Public Relations.
