Brad Bushby

Brad Bushby has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brad started their career at Labatt Breweries of Canada in 1998 as a Territory Manager and later became a Field Sales Execution Manager in 2003. From 2004 to 2008, they served as a District Sales Manager at Labatt Breweries, overseeing sales teams and achieving volume and share targets.

In 2009, Brad joined Everest College as the Director of Admissions, where they led a sales team and achieved student enrollment targets. Brad then moved to Roche Diagnostics in 2010, where they held various positions including Diabetes Care Representative, National Account Manager, and Regional Business Manager Ontario East & Atlantic. In these roles, they achieved remarkable sales results, built strategic partnerships, and managed sales teams.

Brad later worked as the National Sales Director Canada at RhinoSystems from 2015 to 2017 before joining MediSystem (A Shoppers Drug Mart Company) as the Director of Sales and Marketing. In this role, they served for three years before joining their current position as the Vice President Sales and Marketing at Schlegel Villages in 2020.

Throughout their career, Brad has consistently delivered exceptional results, developed and motivated teams, and built strategic partnerships to drive business growth.

Brad Bushby attended Lakehead University from 1994 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. In 1997, they also studied Business Marketing at Confederation College, completing their degree in 1999. In 2014, Brad enrolled in the Shulich School of Business Executive Education Center, focusing on Key Account Management and Client Development. Finally, in 2018, they completed a Certificate in Administrator Leadership Program from Advantage Ontario.
