Karyn O'Neil

Karyn O'Neil is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in horticultural therapy and community engagement. Currently serving as a Horticultural Therapist at Schlegel Villages since July 2022, Karyn also manages EverythingPlantie, an online store specializing in unique bulbs and workshops. As a member of the family-run ProCut Lakeshore lawn-care service, Karyn provides lawn grooming services and small landscaping jobs. Additional roles include Botanical Greenhouse Aide at Flora Gardens, and previous positions as Director of Community Engagement & Operations at United Way of Chatham-Kent and Senior Coordinator of Social Housing at Homestarts Incorporated. With a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Windsor, Karyn has a strong background in fund development and client-centered programs, particularly around HIV/AIDS education.
