Lesley Moore

Lesley Moore is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager at Schleich USA Inc. since December 2014, Lesley previously held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Flextronics from 2008 to December 2014, focusing on HR compliance, strategic business partnerships, talent acquisition, and organizational development. Earlier roles include HR Process/Systems Lead & Recruiting Coordinator at Flextronics International (2005-2008), HR Generalist at Schrader Bridgeport International (2003-2005), and Training and Career Advisor for the Region 2000 Regional Commission (2002-2004). Lesley holds a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Statistics from Radford University.
