Taylor Noggle

Taylor Noggle possesses extensive experience in construction and project management, currently serving as an Estimator/Project Manager at Schlouch Incorporated since February 2020, where responsibilities include estimating and managing various commercial and residential projects. Previously, Taylor held the position of Project Engineer at Pennsylvania Site Contractors Inc. from September 2015 to February 2020, overseeing multiple concurrent projects and managing large budgets. Prior experience includes working as a Geotechnical Specialist at Advantage Engineers and as a Framer at R. Noggle Construction Inc., where fundamental skills in project support, compliance, and construction techniques were honed. Taylor Noggle earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 2015.
