Angelique Wiltschek

Angelique Wiltschek has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Angelique is currently working at Novicare as a Teamleider Cliënten- en Zorgadministratie since October 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Projectleider at Novicare starting in April 2021.

Before joining Novicare, Angelique was the Co-Founder of Schluss, a company focused on regaining internet freedom. Angelique started this role in September 2015.

From December 2020 to March 2021, Angelique worked as a Programmaleider Informatiemanagement at Stichting Prisma, where they were responsible for implementing information management strategies. Prior to that, from April 2017 to December 2020, they served as a Product owner Pluriform at Stichting Prisma, managing the electronic client dossier.

Angelique also has experience as a Partner and Consultant Zorgexpertise at Your Support, where they provided organizational and administrative solutions for individuals and businesses. Angelique worked in this role from March 2003 to January 2021.

Earlier in their career, Angelique served in various roles such as Office Manager at Seven Oaks from March 1998 to November 2003, and Office Manager at Troostwijk Introman Mergers & Acquisitions from 1993 to 1998. Angelique also worked as a Recruiter at Secretary Plus Nederland from 1992 to 1993, and as a Project Coordinator at Philips from 1991 to 1992.

Angelique began their career as a Secretaresse at Ernst & Young from 1988 to 1991. Through their work experiences, Angelique has gained expertise in team management, project leadership, information management, and consulting.

Angelique Wiltschek began their education at Van der Puttlyceum in Eindhoven, where they obtained their VWO degree in 1987. In 1988, they attended Business School Notenboom | University of Applied Sciences, majoring in Management Assistant. From 1994 to 1995, Angelique pursued a degree in HBO Bedrijfseconoom at NCOI Opleidingen. In 2016, they attended Prowareness Agile Academy and became a Certified Professional Scrum Product Owner. Angelique furthered their education in 2020 and 2021 at NCOI Opleidingen, focusing on HBO Informatiemanagement. Additionally, they obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification from Scrum.org in February 2016.
