Robert Anderson

Robert Anderson has extensive experience in manufacturing engineering and supervision, currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineer/Supervisor at Schmalz USA since January 2015. In this role, Robert oversees parts receiving, custom tooling assembly, and warehouse duties while supporting process improvements and mentoring team members. Previous positions include roles as a Manufacturing Engineer, Jr. Manufacturing Engineer, and Assembly and Testing Technician, where Robert played a key role in customer product testing and the design of custom manual handling end effectors. Prior to Schmalz USA, Robert worked as a Crew Leader at Cleveland Auto Spa, managed fountain installations at Pepsi Bottling Ventures, and served as a Meat/Seafood Clerk at Lowes Foods. Robert holds a degree in Industrial Technology from East Carolina University and an Associate's degree from Wake Technical Community College.
