Christina Casey

Christina Casey is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief People & Organization Officer at Baumit Group since July 2024, Christina also holds a position in Corporate Human Resources at Schmid Industrieholding GmbH since January 2023. Previously, Christina was Senior Vice President of Human Resources at TTTech from September 2022 to January 2023 and Head HR Pharma Austria/Country Head HR Austria at Novartis from March 2016 to September 2022. Christina’s career began at Eli Lilly and Company, where roles spanned from HR Consultant for Special Projects to HR Director for Lilly Austria & Switzerland over a tenure of 13 years. Christina holds a PhD in Economics and a Master's degree in Handelswissenschaften from the WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
