Kashinath Shanmugam

Kashinath Shanmugam is the Head of Machining Department at Schmidt + Clemens Group, leading a team of technicians for CNC lathe, Deep Hole Boring, and Heat Treatment processes. Kashinath ensures products are manufactured based on customer requirements. Before this role, Kashinath worked as a Process Engineer, developing the GOITEK production traceability system and overseeing manufacturing processes. As an intern at ROBERT BOSCH POWER TOOLS GMBH, Kashinath supported system improvements within the manufacturing department. Kashinath holds a Master's degree in Manufacturing System Engineering from Universiti Putra Malaysia and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS.
