Sonja Fischer

Sonja Fischer currently serves as the Global Head of HR at Schmidt + Clemens Group, a leading producer of specialized stainless steel components for the petrochemical industry. Prior to this role, Sonja held positions such as the Director of Human Resources at FCS Frankfurt Cargo Services GmbH, the Deputy Head of HR and HR Business Partner at Rain Carbon Inc, and the Head of Operational Integration Management and Personal Reference at Universitätsmedizin Essen. Sonja also has experience as a Research Assistant at a reputable economic research institute. Sonja holds a Master's degree in Economics from Hochschule Ruhr West University of Applied Sciences and a degree in Business Economics from Hochschule Niederrhein.
