Catherine Ball

Catherine Ball is an Associate Professor (Honorary) at The Australian National University, contributing to the School of Cybernetics and the School of Engineering. With extensive involvement in various organizations, Catherine serves as a board member for the Robotics Australia Council and the Schmidt Ocean Institute, as well as a member of the XPrize Wildfire Advisory Board and a judge for the Ocean Discovery X-Prize. Catherine is also an Executive Director at DrCatherineBall.com, a bestselling author, and holds advisory roles in the International Women's Forum and Women Who Drone. Educational credentials include a DSc. from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a PhD from Newcastle University, along with additional training in corporate governance.
