Dave Tennett

Dave Tennett is the President of Schmidt Industrial Services LLC. They drive business value in a private equity environment through budget discipline and the implementation of continuous improvement and cost savings projects, balancing asset reliability and capital equipment investment programs. Their prior experience included managing capital projects and maintenance in biopharmaceutical and chemical API manufacturing facilities at Centocor, Noramco, and The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, as well as project management at ValiPharm. They earned an MBA from Drexel University (2012-2014) and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University (2003-2008).
