Jörg Weidenfeller

Jörg Weidenfeller has extensive work experience in research and development, project management, and turbomachinery. Jörg began their career in 2001 at Universität Kassel as a Senior Researcher, responsible for planning and conducting experimental investigations in the turbo machinery laboratory. In 2004, they joined Siemens as the Project Manager for Heavy Duty Gas Turbine Development, leading an international team and overseeing various aspects of the development process. Jörg also took on the role of Test and Validation Lead, handling the validation budget, implementing measurement techniques, and evaluating data. In 2014, Jörg Weidenfeller joined ARVOS Group | SCHMIDTSCHE SCHACK as the Director of Research and Development / Technology.

Jörg Weidenfeller obtained a Diplom-Ingenieurin (Dipl.Ing.) degree in Maschinenbau from Technische Universität Darmstadt in 1994. Jörg then pursued a Dr.-Ing. degree in Turbomachinery and Fluid Dynamics at University of Kassel from 1995 to 2000.
