Kevin Lemay

Kevin LeMay is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in project engineering, contract management, security compliance, and machining. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Schmiede Corporation since January 2022, Kevin previously held several key roles at Micro Craft, Inc. from February 2001 to December 2021, including Contracts Manager and Facility Security Officer, where responsibilities included managing RFP processes and ensuring government security compliance. Kevin also served as Chairman of the Board for a 100% ESOP small business and has hands-on experience as a Machinist and CNC Programmer. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Belmont University and an Associate of Science from Motlow State Community College, complemented by a Certification of Apprenticeship from the U.S. Department of Labor.
