Marian Opran serves as the Head of Spare Parts & After Sales at Schmitz Cargobull Romania SRL, a position held since March 2008. In this role, Marian is responsible for optimizing operational processes to enhance internal customer satisfaction and manage parts for trailer maintenance, ensuring an optimal stock level across warehouses. Key achievements include generating an annual turnover of 3 million euros, achieving a 20% average annual sales increase, and significantly improving the spare parts supply chain. Marian has successfully developed a service partner network, implemented value-added services, and led a critical SAP implementation project, ensuring a 95% functional transition on Day 1. Marian holds an Engineer's degree in Automotive Engineering Technology from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest and a High School Diploma in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from High School Mihail Sadoveanu.
