Brad M. Jacobs

Brad M. Jacobs is a partner in the firm’s Business Services Department focusing on real estate law. He manages dozens of transactions involving the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate, as well as lending and other secured financing transactions. He also has substantial experience with 1031 exchange transactions and leasing and subleasing of commercial office space. He has served as counsel to cooperative corporations and condominiums throughout New York City, including representing sponsors and holders of unsold shares. In addition, in tandem with the trust and estate department, he handles estate sales and advises clients regularly on a wide range of tax and estate planning techniques in connection with acquisitions and sales.
