Lydia Benter

Lydia Benter, MHA, currently serves as a Staff Recruiter and Foundation Coordinator at Schneck Medical Center since September 2021, while also coaching as the Head Cheerleading Coach at Brownstown Central High School since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Bar Manager at Brewskies Downtown and Team Lead at Maximus, where management of a 15-member team was a key responsibility. Lydia has also worked with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as a COVID-19 Case Investigator and served in various internships focused on healthcare administration, including positions at JWM Neurology, Indiana University Health, and Lannett Company. Lydia holds a Master of Health Administration from Indiana University and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health from Purdue University.
