Majda Cerić

Majda Cerić has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Majda started their career as a Teaching Assistant at Okayama University, where they worked from October 2007 to March 2009. Majda then moved on to work as a Business Analyst at TIAC d.o.o. from June 2010 to June 2011. Majda continued their career at Execom, where they held the role of Business Analyst from June 2011 to February 2015.

In 2015, Majda Cerić joined IIBA Serbia Chapter as the Vice President for Communication & Marketing. During their time there, they collaborated with other vice presidents and the president of the chapter to promote the Business Analyst profession in Serbia and the region. Majda also played a role in helping other countries in the region establish their own chapters. Additionally, they organized the first Balkan Business Analysis Conference in Belgrade, in collaboration with IIBA chapters from Romania, Bulgaria, and Slovenia.

From 2015 to 2020, Majda Cerić worked at Schneider Electric Hub, starting as a Senior Software Test Engineer in February 2015. Later, they transitioned to the role of Senior Product Owner, Network Operations (NetOps) Product Line, where they were responsible for defining the vision and roadmap for the Switching Management feature. In their most recent role at Schneider Electric, they served as a Senior Solution Engineer, working with a salesperson to identify customer challenges and creating unique solution prototypes to present to decision-makers.

Majda Cerić's education history is as follows:

Majda Cerić obtained a Master's degree in Social Engineering and Environmental Management from Okayama University's Graduate School of Environmental Science. Majda attended Okayama University from 2007 to 2009.

Prior to that, Majda Cerić completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Science. Majda graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Department of Mathematics. Their education at the University of Novi Sad took place between 1999 and 2006.

Majda Cerić's secondary education was completed at High School "Isidora Sekulic". Majda pursued studies in the natural sciences during their time there from 1995 to 1999.

Additionally, Majda Cerić has several relevant certifications. Majda obtained a First Aid Certificate from the Red Cross of Serbia in April 2014, a Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in December 2012, and a Certificate of Japanese Language Proficiency from Japan Educational Exchanges and Services and the Japan Foundation in July 2009.
