Vladan Krsman

Vladan Krsman has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of grid operations management and power systems engineering. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President - Grid Operations Management at Schneider Electric Hub, where they lead the global and overall Grid Operations Management software business. Vladan manages a team of 350 professionals and is responsible for creating the business and innovation strategy, go-to-market strategy, market positioning, offering, and roadmap execution.

Prior to their current role, Vladan worked as the Director of Digital Grid Solutions Center at Schneider Electric, where they were responsible for leading the design, implementation, and delivery of customer projects with a focus on power grid operations management software solutions. Vladan managed multi-million budget projects in various territories and provided expertise to support customer projects globally.

Before joining Schneider Electric, Vladan served as the Head of Power Systems Engineering in the Project Delivery division of Schneider Electric DMS NS. Vladan led a department of power systems engineers and ensured the successful delivery of the ADMS product to distribution utilities. Vladan was also involved in the entire project lifecycle, from investigation and design phases to development and acceptance phases.

In addition to their industry experience, Vladan has also contributed to academia as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad.

Their career journey began at DMS Group, where they worked as a Power Engineer, focusing on power systems engineering.

Vladan further pursued their academic career and earned a PhD from the same institution, completing their studies from 2014 to 2017.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Vladan has also pursued additional certifications to enhance their leadership skills. Vladan completed the Transforming Schneider Leadership - L3 program at INSEAD Executive Education in 2021. Vladan also obtained certifications in Leadership for Profitable Growth from Schneider Electric in March 2022, and the Building Great Leaders - Level 2 program from Schneider Electric in November 2020.
