Aki Y

Aki Y is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in organizational development, talent management, and HR policy planning. With tenure at Schneider Electric from January 2021 to January 2025, Aki Y served as HR Business Partner for the East Asia Regional Digital Energy and Japan Industrial Automation Sales, focusing on diverse aspects including recruiting and succession planning.
