Anoop Moothat

Anoop Moothat currently serves as the Energy Automation Engineering Manager and Technical Leader at Schneider Electric in Houston, Texas, since June 2014. Anoop has previous experience as a Technical Team Lead and Sr. DCS Project Engineer at Alstom from December 2010 to June 2014, focusing on design, engineering, and project commissioning in the Middle East. Prior roles include Project Engineer - DCS at AREVA T&D, where responsibilities included database configuration and conducting factory acceptance tests, and Consulting Engineer at Kalki Communication Technologies Ltd., specializing in MicroSCADA systems and RTU configuration. Anoop began a career in the electrical engineering field as an Assistant Engineer with Kerala State, overseeing operations and maintenance of high-voltage substation equipment. Anoop holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from AMS Engineering College and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Govt. Polytechnic College.
