Charles Atencio

Charles Atencio is an accomplished project manager and engineer with extensive experience in capital project management, particularly in healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Data Center Design System Integration Project Manager at Schneider Electric since October 2018, Charles previously held leadership roles including Director of Capital Projects at Deaconess Abundant Life Communities, where responsibilities included planning and implementing $10M in capital projects, achieving annual savings through energy contract negotiations. Notable past positions also include roles at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Social Media Director, at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as Chief of Staff and Technical Instructor, and consulting for organizations such as Lantheus Medical Imaging and AHA Consulting Engineers. Charles holds advanced degrees in Engineering and Management from MIT Sloan School of Management and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
