Prior experience includes serving as Divisional Marketing Manager at Epwin Group, where management of marketing activities for four brands in the B2B home improvement sector was a key responsibility, and Marketing Manager at Gould Brothers Ltd, managing retail marketing across multiple leisure businesses. Farah holds a BA Hons in Marketing & Business Management from the University of Gloucestershire.
