Jacob de Geer

Jacob De Geer is an experienced professional in the field of procurement, currently serving as the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) at Schneider Electric since August 2011, tasked with establishing a Strategic Procurement function for the reorganized S-E Sverige AB, integrating various divisions within Sweden. Previously, Jacob held the position of CPO at Alimak Hek Group from February 2008 to January 2011, overseeing sourcing activities across four manufacturing sites globally and achieving significant cost reductions. Earlier in the career at Stoneridge Electronics Europe, Jacob was the Director of Procurement, managing a department responsible for Project Purchasing and Commodity Management. Jacob holds an MBA in Marketing and Global Strategies from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and a Master of Science in Business Administration from Uppsala University.
