Jeff Fletcher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and customer satisfaction within the electrical manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Satisfaction and Quality at Schneider Electric since June 2003, Jeff focuses on enhancing customer experiences for key accounts and acts as a single point of contact for escalated issues. Prior roles at Schneider Electric include Operations Quality Manager, where oversight was provided for quality operations across multiple manufacturing facilities in North America, and various engineering and quality management positions, where Jeff developed and implemented comprehensive quality processes. Before joining Schneider Electric, Jeff held the position of Operations Manager at Alternative Control Systems Corporation, directing manufacturing and distribution functions. Jeff holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina and a BBA from Furman University.
