Karim Hajjar

Karim Hajjar is a seasoned professional in energy management and digital services, currently serving as Solution Director for Energy Flexibility Solutions at Schneider Electric since November 2025. Previously, Karim was Senior Vice President of Digital Services at GreenStruxure, where leadership was provided for the Energy as a Service (EaaS) digital platform and the operation of a multi MW portfolio of distributed energy resources. Karim's career at Schneider Electric included various leadership roles, such as Vice President of Digital Services and Electric Vehicle Infrastructure and Services Director, focusing on digital transformation and innovation. Earlier experience includes ownership of Poudre&Glace and working as a Telecom Consultant at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Karim holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD, a High Mountain Guide degree from Ecole Nationale de Ski et d'Alpinisme, and an Engineering degree in Mobile Communications from Télécom SudParis.
