Liliana Gomes

Liliana Gomes is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director for Portugal and Finance, Legal & Governance HR Leader for Iberia at Schneider Electric since August 2022. Previously, Liliana held key roles at Uber as Head of Talent Acquisition and at Meta, where responsibilities included overseeing talent acquisition for the Latin America region. Earlier experience includes positions at GE as a Senior Human Resources Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager, as well as roles at Networkers International, HAYS, Bravemind, and Capgemini. Liliana holds a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Universidade de Coimbra.
