Macy Qin

Macy Qin currently serves as the Head of Strategy and Sustainability at Schneider Electric, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this role, Macy worked as a Corporate Strategy Manager at SmarTone from September 2022 to April 2025. Between July 2017 and July 2022, Macy held multiple positions at Esquel Group, including Manager of Esquel Ventures, where the design and development of Project AIMDE, an intelligent merchandising solution utilizing AI technologies, was spearheaded. Earlier career experiences include roles as Manager and Assistant Manager in Sales, focusing on digital transformation and key account management for Tommy Hilfiger, as well as management trainee responsibilities in Production Planning and Control. Macy also gained experience as a part-time Project Assistant at Radica Systems Limited and completed internships at PwC, Deloitte, and Samsung Electronics. An education in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems and Operations Management was obtained from HKUST Business School.
