Mansur Abilkasimov

Mansur Abilkasimov is the Deputy Global CISO and VP of Cybersecurity & Product Security at Schneider Electric, responsible for shaping cybersecurity strategies and ensuring robust data protection frameworks. With extensive experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and incident response, Abilkasimov has successfully led initiatives to enhance product security and stakeholder engagement across the EMEA region. Additional roles at Schneider Electric include CISO for the EMEA region and Internal Audit Director for Cybersecurity. Prior experience includes managerial positions at Ernst & Young and a Digital Project Manager role in the Education National sector. Abilkasimov holds advanced degrees from INSEAD, Harvard University, iaelyon School of Management, and Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
