Maria Elena Carbajal

Maria Elena Carbajal, P.Eng. is an accomplished engineering leader currently serving as the Head of Global Engineering and Services at Schneider Electric since April 2024. Prior to this role, Maria Elena held the position of Vice President of Operations at Presagis, a subsidiary of CAE, from March 2021 to March 2024. Maria Elena's extensive experience includes significant leadership roles at Ericsson from 2000 to 2018, where responsibilities encompassed Vice President positions in Internet of Things (IoT), Global Engineering, and as VP & General Manager of the Montreal Site, among others. Maria Elena's educational background includes executive management programs at the Stockholm School of Economics, Columbia Business School, and Stanford University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
