Mohammed Fouad is currently the Eng. Mgr at Schneider Electric. Prior to that, they were with Siemens Energy from May 2019 to April 2021 as Sales & Marketing Operations - Bid Strategy where they were responsible for developing commercial and technical strategies for power generation services projects in the Americas market (60hz).

Before that, from January 2017 to April 2019, they were with Siemens as Sales & Marketing Operations - Product Marketing & Business Models where they were Global Marketing within power generation services sales operations business unit working across global and regional functions focused on driving accelerated business growth.

During their time there, they creatively developed commercial and technical strategies for competitive projects on power generation technologies, launched major components exchange program business model and landed initial reference customers securing two significant contracts worth $8 million. Mohammed also led the development and implementation of business models “Go To Market” strategy including researching potential customers, developing customer value proposition and creating marketing material. Additionally, they built a solid pipeline for global forecasted opportunities of $20 million and maintained the sales tunnel by tracking opportunities in the CRM tool (salesforce.com). Mohammed also preformed training to internal stakeholders (regional sales and project managers) to establish product/business model awareness, market competencies and competitive positioning. Lastly, they led the global marketing intelligence pricing efforts for different product lines to ensure price transparency and competitive offering.

Mohammed Fouad's educational career includes a degree in mechanical engineering from Ain Shams University, an MBA from Hult International Business School, and a certification in full stack web development from the University of Central Florida. Mohammed also has certifications in blockchain basics from the University At Buffalo and The State University of New York | Coursera, and in the introduction to the internet of things and embedded systems from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education.
