Mohd Shohaib is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and business excellence across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager & Head of Project Management (Field Services) at Schneider Electric, Mohd has previously held significant roles such as Head of Customer Service & Business Excellence and Head of Business Excellence at Intex Technologies (India) Ltd. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant General Manager - Service Operation Improvement & Business Excellence at HCL Services Ltd and Manager - Product, Process & Six Sigma in Customer Service and Quality at Schneider Electric. Mohd began career as Engineer - Quality at BCH Electric LTD in Faridabad. Educationally, Mohd holds a Master of Technology in Instrument Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from ZHCOET - AMU Aligarh. Mohd is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Black Belt (BB).
