Neslihan Ogan Gumrukcu is an experienced human resources executive with a robust background in various HR leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Vice President for the Middle East & Africa at Schneider Electric since February 2018, Neslihan has also held significant positions related to talent management and learning & development within the company. Prior to Schneider Electric, extensive experience at Novartis included roles such as Head HR PMO and Turkey Head HR Solids, as well as serving as a leadership trainer for the Novartis Corporate Learning Academy. Additionally, Neslihan has contributed to Sandoz in various HR capacities, leading technical operations HR functions. Earlier in the career, roles at Hexal AG included serving as a Board Assistant. Educational achievements encompass a range of certifications in coaching, project leadership, and executive HR programs, alongside a master's degree in psychology from Istanbul University. Neslihan's diverse skill set is complemented by a foundational background in music, having studied piano at the Devlet Konservatuarı/Adana Cukurova University.
