Rohit Deshpande

Rohit Deshpande is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement and project management, currently serving as the Global Transformation Program Leader for Procurement at Schneider Electric since June 2013. Deshpande manages a significant annual global spend of 200 million euros, achieving organizational savings of 1.5 million euros, and has received external recognition as a finalist for the Innovative Procurement Transformation Team at ProcureCon 2022. Key responsibilities include developing global strategies for indirect procurement, leading digital transformation initiatives, and overseeing program and project management. Prior to Schneider Electric, Deshpande co-founded Niche Designz and held a position as a Software Engineer at CSC. Deshpande holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and a BTech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat.
