Sylvia Krepska

Sylvia Krepska is an experienced professional currently working at Schneider Electric as part of the Digital Grid team since 2023. In addition, Sylvia serves as an Agile Transformation Coach at Kaleidoskop Consulting and has held teaching positions in entrepreneurship and management systems for environment and sustainability at The Berlin School of Economics and Law in 2024 and 2022, respectively. Prior to these roles, Sylvia contributed to innovation and digitalization at inno2grid GmbH, a spin-off from Schneider Electric and Deutsche Bahn AG, from 2019 to 2023, and engaged in peer-to-peer energy trading at SOPTIM AG. Sylvia's extensive experience includes positions in gas operations and trading at Statkraft, oil and gas economics at AME Research, and international finance and branding at BP. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science (Hons) in Energy Science from RWTH Aachen University, a Master of Arts (Hons) in Buddhist Studies from International Buddhist College, and a Diplom in International Business & Economics from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University. Additionally, Sylvia completed a certification as an Agile Transformation Coach in 2022.
