Usha Santhosh

Usha Santhosh currently holds the position of Senior General Manager, HRBP at Schneider Electric, a role commenced in July 2025, where Usha leads the HR Business Partner function. Prior to this, Usha served as General Manager of Human Resources & Industrial Relations at Dynamatic Technologies Limited from February 2013 to November 2025. Usha's career began at Bosch India, where Usha worked as a Manager from September 1997 to December 2012. Usha Santhosh is academically trained in Human Resources Management, having earned a Postgraduate Degree from XLRI Jamshedpur.
