Jim Nicholson

Jim Nicholson has a solid work history in the logistics industry. Jim started their career at Schneider in 2008 as a Carrier Sales Executive. Jim then progressed within the company, holding various roles including Brokerage Team Lead, Sales Operations Manager, Brokerage Operations Manager, and finally Director of Carrier Sales and Operations. In 2019, they joined Loadsmart as Vice President of Operations before being promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations in 2022. Jim returned to Schneider in 2024 as Vice President of Brokerage Operations.

From 2004 to 2008, Jim Nicholson attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where they obtained a degree in Economics.
