John Grochowski

John Grochowski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service, operations management, and nonprofit development. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Specialist at Schneider since October 2021, Grochowski previously held the role of Director of Operations at the Ephraim Historical Foundation from February 2016 to September 2021, where responsibilities included enhancing visitor experiences, managing museum operations, and overseeing historic property preservation. With a diverse background that includes roles at Lyft, Waterbury Inn, and various museum and property management positions, Grochowski has demonstrated a commitment to excellence in service and management. Grochowski holds a Master’s degree in Public History with a focus on Museum Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
