Kayla Bechyne

Kayla Bechyne currently serves as a Compliance Analyst II at Schneider, starting in September 2025. Previously, Kayla held the position of Talent Services Specialist at FTI from June 2023 to August 2025 and completed internships in human resources at Lube-Tech and Kemps LLC in 2022. Kayla began a career in retail as a Store Associate at Gold Country, Inc. in 2021 and advanced to various roles in the food service industry, including Shift Supervisor at Starbucks and Head Cashier at Lowe's Companies, Inc. and Shift Lead at Dunkin'​. Kayla earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology along with a Human Resource Development Certification from the University of Minnesota in May 2023, following studies at Minnesota State University, Mankato.
