Kelly Decker

Kelly Decker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in platform engineering and product management, currently serving as Senior Director of Platform Engineering at Schneider since 2008. Prior roles at Schneider include Product Management Director for Telematics and Core Services, as well as Director of Foundation Architecture and Services, where responsibilities encompassed in-cab technology, middleware, and mobile/portal platforms. Kelly's early career at Schneider National involved project management, overseeing large programs and infrastructure projects, along with a role as a software developer at Oracular. Kelly holds a degree in Computer Science and Management Information Systems with a minor in International Studies from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, and an Associate's degree in Marketing from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.
