Melissa Schumacher

Melissa Schumacher currently serves as the Sales Operations and Enablement Manager at Schneider since July 2022, following a 16-year tenure at Allsteel where Melissa held roles including Sales Enablement Manager and Market Development Manager. In the sales enablement role, responsibilities focused on enhancing the productivity and efficiency of the sales team through innovative tools and processes. Melissa has extensive volunteer experience, including serving as VP of Communication for the IIDA WI Chapter and Chapter President for IFMA, showcasing leadership and commitment to professional development in the industry. Prior to these roles, Melissa worked as Marketing Communications Manager at Bemis and held an assistant management position at Walgreens. Melissa earned a BS in Communications and English from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
