Steve Rouze

Steve Rouze has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Steve started their career in 1988 at UPS as an Engineering Manager, where they worked until 2001. During this time, they also took on the role of Flight Ops Engineering Manager at UPS Airlines. In 2001, they joined ATA Airlines as the Director of Flight Operations Administration, a position they held until 2006. Following that, they worked at Schneider as a Transformation Business Partner from 2006 to 2016. Steve then transitioned to the role of Sr. Project Manager, managing strategic programs until 2019. Currently, they serve as the IT Enterprise Architect Lead at Schneider.

Steve Rouze earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Minnesota in 1986. Steve furthered their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Finance from Webster University between 1991 and 1993.
