Tom Andrejcak Col

Tom Andrejcak COL (R) has extensive leadership experience, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Schneider since February 1997, overseeing the Columbus and Nashville Divisions with a workforce that includes over 500 drivers and 28 leaders and associates. Prior roles at Schneider included Safety and Training Manager, Commercial Director of Safety, Regional Maintenance Manager, and Shop Leader. Andrejcak's military career spanned 30 years in the US Army, where the highest rank achieved was Colonel, encompassing both Active Duty and Reserve service. Education includes a Master's degree in Strategic Studies from the US Army War College and a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
