Brandon Brailer

Brandon Brailer is an Assistant Wrestling Coach at Akron Public Schools since October 2023. With a longstanding tenure at Schneller LLC beginning in March 2016, Brandon has held several key positions including Production Scheduler, Materials Coordinator, and Production Leader. As a Production Scheduler, responsibilities included developing a daily production schedule for multiple work centers, leading to a significant improvement in On-Time Delivery from 79% to 95%. Brandon also contributed to ERP improvement initiatives and MES implementation efforts. Previous experience includes serving as a Production Trainer/Leader at Main Street Gourmet, where Brandon focused on training and certifying employees. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Western Governors University, Brandon also completed high school at Kenmore High School in 2013.
