Kayla Riebe

Kayla Riebe is a Quality Engineer at Schneller LLC, specializing in high-performance applications for decorative laminates and thermoplastics in aerospace and rail sectors since April 2023. Previously, Kayla served as an Optical Materials Intern at Lazurite, where responsibilities included managing product development improvements, collaborating with suppliers on defect resolutions, and developing quality control tools. Additional experience includes a Research and Development Engineering Co-Op at Peak Nano, focusing on microlayer film coextrusion and analytical testing of dielectric films, as well as a Sales Associate position at Kohl's. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Akron, complemented by prior education at Lakeland Community College and Mentor High School.
